Gallery Latitude 50, housed in a traditional stone building with stunning panoramic views westwards over a river valley and towards the hills beyond, lies at Cripplesease, about three miles south of St Ives, in the heart of West Penwith.
The gallery, created by local craftsperson and designer-maker, Corinne Carr, offers beautiful jewellery, paintings, sculpture, ceramics and textiles from some of the finest contemporary artists and craftspeople. Knowing the local art scene intimately, Corinne has selected a wonderful line-up of artworks by both established and 'up and coming' artists . Corinne's full spring collection of knitwear and accessories is also available at the gallery. Latitude 50 also houses a welcoming café, in which visitors can enjoy exquisite scenic views and savour delicious homemade cakes and cream teas whilst surrounded by our collection of art. The tranquillity of the open countryside offers the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of nearby St Ives. There is extensive parking for all visitors. Latitude 50 Gallery and tea room are open
